This policy explains how customers can request cancellation of orders placed through https://snugglecape.com.

SnuggleCape is operated by Unicornkart LLC.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped.

Please contact contact-us@sungglecape.com promptly with your order number.

Our customer support team will review the order's fulfilment status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Cancellation is not confirmed until we notify the customer.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact customer support to discuss available delivery or return options.

Delivered products may be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days after cancellation confirmation, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Additional payment-provider processing time may apply.

4. Order Changes

Customers seeking to change an item, color, quantity, or delivery address should contact us as soon as possible.

Changes depend on fulfilment status and cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

5. Cancellation by SnuggleCape

• An incorrect or unserviceable shipping address.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• A material pricing or inventory error.

• Other circumstances preventing legitimate fulfilment.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

6. Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will follow applicable US requirements concerning delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds.

Customers will not be required to accept an indefinite undisclosed delay.
